Bootcamp!

Well, I started a women's bootcamp this week. Tiffany (Josh's aunt & our neighbor) has been trying to talk me into it for a while and since now I live so close to where it is and I'm not that busy, I decided I needed to get more serious about my workouts and do it! I don't really know what it is that I expected, but its REALLY hard. Basically, its a solid hour 3 times/week of non-stop cardio/weight training/body weights combined with almost throwing up multiple times (I never actually did) and sweating like I've never done before. The instructor is actually very sweet and encouraging, is 13 years older than me and probably has 1% body fat, if that. She's really amazing, but works us soooooo hard. I have never been more sore in my life. Every muscle in my body hurts and for the last few days my hamstrings have been so sore that I can't walk completely normal. I'm definetly going to keep it up and I have friends doing it with me to keep me motivated, but I'm just praying that before long some of this soreness starts to go away (although, I've been told since every workout is different, the soreness just moves to different areas). What did I get myself into????

I felt like it went pretty well, but who knows. I should hear something within two weeks. This is my third time to apply/interview, and I'm tired of that whole process. I'm ready to be there!
